I bought Obsession recently, based on my memory from 1987. It doesn't smell like I remember, so that was disappointing. I smell soap and spice. However... I read over the ingredients list and saw 'vanilla' listed. I thought I might like this scent better if it had more vanilla. So I layered it with some vanilla body spray and I get a wonderful, smokey vanilla. It's wonderful!!

I love Obsession. I have used it, since the 80’s. It is the only thing my husband and I like for me to wear. It stays on all day long and I have lots of compliments on it. Everyone likes it on me. I still don’t want to change to another perfume. It is strong but not too strong. It lingers all day long and doesn’t lose it’s smell. Please don’t stop selling it. Esterlauder is too strong and makes people’s allergies go crazy, but not Obsession. Thank you for this wonderful perfume.
