Crisp, bright, and ultra-clean—like chilled mountain air with a smooth, musky dry-down. Very versatile for daytime and office wear. Moderate projection, solid longevity for a fresh scent. Easy recommendation.

Although thought of as a men’s cologne, it can be worn by women. I first smelled this scent at a high end boutique and it resonated with me. I later went to the Creed store in London with my son, who also fell in its thrall. If you EVER have the chance to go to the London Creed storefront, don’t pass up the opportunity. Silver Mountain Water is a clean, crisp scent with bright top notes of citrus and green tea wrapped in an aquatic accord that is tempered with faintly sweet blackcurrant and a dry down that mellows with undertones of musk, minerals, and a creamy sandalwood. This is a ‘close’ scent- it doesn’t project out into the room, rather it’s meant to be noticeable when a few feet from the wearer. It has a bright opening of citrus but after the dry down it isn’t as intense which makes some feel it doesn’t last long. It does, but it’s subtle and not as citrus heavy. It could be combined with Creed’s vetiver heavy scent to keep the citrus from mellowing out too much. My husband and I smell different from each other when we wear this scent, and as a woman I find it to be feminine enough for me but masculine enough for him. It’s a worthy investment, but I’d suggest trying a sample if possible in order to see how it wears either your body chemistry. The scent is crafted with real oils and essences and therefore changes over time and as it’s exposed to heat or sunlight so be aware.
