Return Policy

  • You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including the original packaging and packing slip, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
  • Due to health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items. Please make your selections carefully.
  • Shipping costs incurred for returning items are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • FragranceNet.com reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the return policy.

How to Return:

For Items Purchased Online:
  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending your return. You can start your return process here.
  2. Ensure your RMA number is included with your return to ensure efficient processing.

For Items Purchased in Stores:
Items purchased at a FragranceNet.com retail store can be returned to any FragranceNet.com store location. Click here to find a store near you.

International Returns:

Important Return Guidelines
  • All returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with Delivery Confirmation.
  • FragranceNet.com is not responsible for packages that are not received and cannot be tracked. The responsibility lies solely with the shipper.
  • If your package is returned to us as "refused," "unclaimed," or "undeliverable," your account will be credited accordingly.

Processing Time:
  • Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return to process your refund or exchange.

Cancel Your Order

The cancellation window varies depending on the time that your order was placed.

What happens if the cancellation window has passed?
If the cancellation window has passed, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment. In such cases:

Why is there a limited cancellation window?
The limited window allows us to maintain efficient operations and ensures timely delivery for all our customers. Once an order enters the processing phase, it's often difficult to halt production and/or shipments.
