Some aerosol and pressurized items (e.g., hairspray, shaving cream) are considered DOT-restricted and must ship via ground.

We cannot ship these items to:

• APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• International destinations

Delivery Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

More than 95% of our packages arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control.

Common reasons a delivery may arrive later than expected include:

• Missing apartment, suite, unit, or building number
• Severe weather conditions or natural events
• Carrier delays or operational disruptions
• International customs inspections or clearance procedures

Can FragranceNet.com ship to freight forwarding addresses?

At this time, FragranceNet.com does not ship to freight forwarding services or third-party couriers.

We are only able to ship to valid residential or business addresses located in countries we currently serve. Because of this, customers who reside in countries outside our shipping regions will not be able to place an order using a freight forwarding address.

If your country is not currently supported, we unfortunately cannot complete an order at this time.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order is placed, shipping addresses generally cannot be updated. However, you may have a brief opportunity to cancel the order before it enters processing.

Here's how to check:

1. Visit the Order Status Page and enter your order information.
2. If your order is still within the cancellation window, you'll see a "Request Cancellation" option at the top.

The cancellation window varies depending on when the order was placed. If it has already entered processing or fulfillment, we won't be able to cancel, but you can still return the order following our Return Policy.

Why can't certain skincare, hair care or fragrance products be shipped to California?

California has state-specific ingredient regulations that restrict the sale of certain skincare, hair care and fragrance products. While some items may be legally sold in other states, California has additional compliance requirements that we're required to follow. As a result, certain products cannot be shipped to California addresses.
