Oscarmen

Oscar absolutely shines in the sweltering, swampy summers where I live. I love the zesty black pepper, sun-dried mandarin peel and aromatic nutmeg accord. The silage is so delicious--genteel, masculine and comforting. Not fruity. Not serious. It's just a perfect summer cologne for work and for the weekend. And it's perfect for men of all ages. Smells great, performs well and costs little...I keep two bottles on hand.

Growing up, through college & as a you adult, I loved Oscar Silver. For some reason they quit making it & that caused me to go through many other scents to use. Then I came across OSCAR. I do not know if they renamed it or developed it to be extremely similar to Silver, but I am so glad I found it. OSCAR is a down to earth scent that is not too woodsy or too sweet. It is one of two Oscar de La Renta's that I use. One for everyday & this one for nights & special occasions. Naturally I do Recommend OSCAR to anyone looking for a great cologne that is not overpowering or fruity.

I was searching for Oscar SILVER (which I guess was discontinued) when I saw the product picture on this site. Looks & smells same. Happy Customer.
