Witchy and magical, perfect for people who like their fragrances a bit edgy. The original is nice, cozy and safe, but this one wears a leather jacket and dark lipstick. I hope they never discontinue it.

Firstly, this is a mature scent. If you are looking for a young, playful, and fruity fragrance, this is not for you. That being said, as a 34 year old old woman who loves unconventional and mysterious scents, this scent is perfect for me. It smells like how it sounds, hypnotic poison. This scent is so complex. At the start, hypnotic poison smells powdery. As you wear it throughout the day or night, you get hits of almond and licorice. Once it warms up to your body, you smell the jasmine and vanilla. I am happy with my purchase, and I will purchase this scent again.
