L'Air Du Tempswomen

My first sample came at a large department store and mall. Favorite parking space was between favorite boutique and the entry leading past women's make-up and fragrances. Interrnational perfumereries lined the aisles of women's department. My custom was to wear one sample and another sprayed on a fine velum card as I shopped the mall. As I shopped, both scents mellowed. L'Air Du Temps was the first of my favorites of Nina Ricci. A subtitle scent I placed on several pulse points for a personal up-lift when needed. Of course it became a date favorite as well. As a nurse I was horribly maligned when church lady in her Sunday finest got on the elevator for 12 of the 14 floors I would share. .Apparently she had refreshed her perfume in the car with half a bottle. A gardenia fragrance on list of future possible choices. No longer! By the 4th floor I could barely breathe. My wise choice of L'Air du Temp was further reinforced by a male patient. Holding him securely to transfer him into a chair, his face touched my shoulder. Upon sitting and catching his breathe, he asked what I was wearing saying I smelled wonderful. A cousin did the same when we hugged good-bye. She became a forever fan too.

This was my late mom’s signature scent. I don’t buy this often because it’s hard to find but when I do, I always spray a toast to her.

It's a beautiful softly floral scent. It stays fairly close to the skin. I find it doesn't last on me as long as I would like.

I have been using L'Air Du Temps since I was 17 and now im 70. Clean fragrance and I get compliments on it all the time. Hard to find in the stores now. Glad I was able to get more here.
