Was expecting a peppery/savory type of spice, but really enjoyed the warmer, sweeter spices here. Cinnamon, nutmeg, or maybe cloves seem to be most present to me, and I’m reminded of PS Fine Cologne, which I’m also a fan of. This is spicy, but in a subtle way that feels distinct from other “fresh” or citrusy/soapy scents I’ve gotten, and won’t be overpowering in close quarters. This feels like a cooler weather scent, but it’s fresh enough that I may rock it in the Texas heat too. Highly recommend, and will be exploring more of this house!

Was expecting a very peppery/savory type of spice, but was pleasantly surprised that it leaned more into nutmeg/cinnamon sweeter spices. This feels refreshing and clean, but distinct from the citrusy or soapy fresh scents. Maybe a more expensive type of cleanliness here, and may be too much in hot weather. This reminds me of PS Fine Cologne, which I am a fan of. Would highly recommend, and I look forward to trying more from this house!

I love this one. Same depth balance as Teint De Neige, the spice blend is subtle and distinct. Long lasting. Now, I live in an old city that has retained it's oldest pockets. This is reminiscent of those mysterious places you found yourself alone, sweetly day dreaming as a child. I needed this today. The scent is lasting. Compliments already. However, if depth and mystery are not your thing, move on. If Spices (subtle), softness and happiness with your own company are your thing, I say go for it. This is classic Villoresi. Described as unisex, as a female, I agree.

A quintessential Villoresi fragrance, Specie is a complex and rich mélange of spices and herbs. It has quite a lot of depth and although it may lean more masculine, it is truly evocative on women too.
