Fantastic cologne, this is my first purchase of anything from Zadig & Voltaire. I was searching for an Incense tone cologne and came across this one, and blind bought it. All I can say is I found a winner! The top note of grapefruit & pepper comes at you with that combo, the pepper really makes the grapefruit pop. But the middle notes of Incense and vanilla works amazingly to give you just enough incense without overdoing it and give you that warm scent of vanilla. The sandalwood helps the Incense and vanilla Mellow out but gives you that long lasting scent. Evenings, Special Occasions and Fall to early Spring will work great.

if you like incense based fragrances then you might like this. heavy incense and vanilla mainly with a lil touch of fresh fruity notes on the opening. its ok not great. guess it was hype beast few years back.

I finally tried this perfume based on many positive reviews. I think for its price it is great scent! It is not much light or intense… It is quite balanced to use daily or even for a date. Highly recommended.
