The Artist No.1 -Maison Alhambra Crimson velvet rose, Cloaked in spice and incense smoke, Shadows turned to art. Perfectly unisex. Impressive sillage, and easily lasts 8-10 hours depending on how much you use. It’s not sweet, even with the fruity nuances, in fact it’s quite a dry fragrance. The price compared to Portrait of a Lady- Amazingly affordable. Wear it with confidence, because you are beautiful! Top note is Rose; middle notes are Clove, Blackcurrant and Raspberry; base notes are Frankincense, Patchouli and Sandalwood. The Artist No.1 is the perfect fragrance to wear for the holidays. It represents the perfect Christmas / Winter Rose.

This is very unusual and interesting scent, specially in the opening. The frankincense hits you right away, but then the rose comes forward. The dry down is divine. Long lasting but not a loud fragrance. It is also truly unisex.

Nice rose scent that lasts. But, I don’t smell any of the mid notes. The base notes are very light. Nice size bottle. Good for layering.
