Patou's 1000 is one of my favorite fragrances. It is subtle, not overpowering. I never get tired of it. There is something that happens in the "dry down" that is indescribable and that quality makes it even more beautiful after wearing it for several hours. The perfume in this fragrance is much richer and satisfying than the other variations. It is hard to find, and I appreciate the fact that Fragrance Net carries it. I am still looking for the small green bottles that I used to buy, however.

There is something intoxicating about this fragrance. I prefer the perfume. I bought it in Miami and Paris in a small green bottle. I am having trouble finding it lately. I had a friend who worked in a perfume store in Key West. She had all the scents available to use, and this is the one she chose. The girl had good taste and a "nose".

Jean Patou's 1000 is sure to be around for a long time. It is very rare to find in any department store because only the elite seeks it out. It's classic...it's romantic...it's love...it's everything rolled into one but mostly because there is a very rare flower in this that makes it so "high classed". It's costly but worth every penny. This fragrance is only for lovers.

Patou's 1000 is quintessentially romantic fragrance that can be worn any time, any place. It is the only fragrance men have ever noticed on me. It is totally alluring, and the dry down is fabulous. Lasts a long time, too. If you want something classic and different, this is it!

Review of Jean Patou 1000
I have worn this fragrance since 1980. It is my "trademark" scent. I would suggest purchasing the smallest perfume size; it seems to turn rancid after opening if kept too long.
