I would love to purchase this perfume for my mother. My dad used to get a bottle of this for her every Christmas, but now that he's been gone for over 20 years, I'd like to rekindle some happy memories for her. It's a scent I grew up with and love on my mom.

Review of Chanel 19
I was seventeen years old. I was in Switzerland. It was 1972. I decided I had to buy two things: a watch and perfume. I went into a parfumerie and nothing struck my fancy. Then the sales woman showed me something that had just come onto the market: Chanel 19. I bought a bottle of the perfume for around $40.00 and before I left she sprayed me from top to toe enveloping me in the scent. It was years later that I learned it had been Coco Chanel's personal fragrance and that she had decided to put it on the market in 1972. I will never forget that experience and Chanel 19 is still my signature fragrance these 38 years hence.

This is the only scent I can wear because of allergies. I will be thrilled to be able to purchase it again, since I am now out of it. Mary Moffet

Review of Chanel 19
It is a joy to have the glorious scent of Chanel 19 permeating through my clothes, wardrobe and home again, and especially on me every day. This perfume has been my very favourite for some 20 years. I particularly like that it is not common. It is an intoxicating scent that changes how I feel. It is magnficent.
