I love this fragrance and rue the day Chanel 19 Body Cream was taken off the market - does anyone know if there is any left in the world - I will buy it! The perfume is my favourite.

While No. 5 remains my favorite of the Chanel fragrances, No. 19 is a beautiful alternative. This is a perfume that speaks of individuality and taste. It is really a unique fragrance that guarantees you're not going to smell 'like everyone else.' It is beautiful and highly recommended.

My wife has been using Chanel 19 since the early 70's. Each time I would leave on deployment (US NAVY) I would always bring a gift of Chanel 19. She loves it and it is her "signature" fragrance.

Review of Chanel 19
The first time I tried Chanel 19 was 1971 in Paris. It was imported to US at the time. At Christmas 1972, my freshman year of college, my dad bought me my first ounce. I have been wearing it ever since. Chanel 19 still remains my favorite. Other fragrances have come and gone after a few weeks of wear but nothing compares to Chanel 19. I like to wear the eau de toilette with perfume over it. It is absolutely heavenly.
