First time buying 'Sinus Help'. This stuff really helps clear your sinuses! My wife has allergies, so this will definitely keep her breathing easy. When you take a deep inhale it's like everything opens up & let's fresh air in! (like a freight train on overdrive)

Someone suggested this as an invigorator. I found it does make you feel more awake and energized when I breathe this in deeply. It is something I have added to my purse and keep handy all day long.

I ordered this to help me go to sleep and stay asleep. I put a drop or two in a small diffuser and breathe in deeply, and because it puts out the lavender scent all night long, I am sleeping better. It is now part of my nightly ritual.
