Insurrection Ii Purehombres

For me, Insurrection is a great buy. I have heard all the hype about Aventus, and how nearly every scent is stacked up against it. I personally have never purchased Aventus due to it's hefy price tag. I must say though, Insurrection II Pure is one of my secret weapons. Doesn't smell like anything else I own. I do have Armaf Club de Nuit, and while I believe that one really smacks you on the opening with Pineapple, the sweetness trails off and you're left with and descent smell. On the other hand, I don't think this is as aggressive as an opening, but in the dry down, it really shines. It might not be a monster at projection, or last 18+ hours, but it will get you noticed for sure. I've had multiple people either ask what I was wearing, or comment how good it smelled. I think it's really the amber and musk that pull this one together. I love it and for the price, you're going to have a hard time finding something that competes.
