Paris Corner Taskeen Caramel Cascade

I do not understand the hate for this fragrance! Yes, it's got a plasticy/powdery/musky/playdoh thing in the opening but it goes away pretty quickly to a pillowy soft milky caramel chew scent that is delicious! If you want a cozy gourmand, highly recommend! This scent also LASTS. I did only 1 spritz initially to test and it was still there hours later on skin. And this is only my first impressions as I just got this fragrance. I can only imagine in a few weeks, that plasticy top note will be gone and this will be a perfect last-all-day caramel fragrance.

I rarely say this about perfumes, but this smells horrible. The description says "luxurious gourmand," but my nose says "unfiltered chemicals." There is nothing "smooth" or "decadent" about this. It’s incredibly screechy and synthetic less like a bakery, more like a factory. I had to scrub my arm twice to get the smell off.

I love the fragrance even though I was expecting it to be a little more on the gormond side. It’s still a lovely fragrance.
