I have very fine hair and saw this product in a basket of products on sale and decided to try it. If you have very fine, fly away hair, you will love this. I spray it on my roots as a root lift, and then spray it on the rest of my hair quite liberally. It gives my hair body and lift and doesn't weight it down. It's as light as a feather. As usual Biolage has made another outstanding product. Hats off to you and yes, I am recommending it to anyone who has to fight flat hair symdrome.
