This is very similar to Roses Musk/Intense Cafe, which is what I wanted. If you are familiar with Montale, but don't want to spend as much, then this is perfect. It was beautiful immediately, not needing any extra shelf time to mature. Highly recommend, if you like that scent profile. The bottle is bigger and heavier than I expected.

Opens with a realistic rose. Dark woody rose, but not too woody. Less woody than the afnan floral bouquet rose. Then the sweet vanilla peaks through. It's a nice sweet vanilla rose with a little bit of wood. I don't like woody fragrances. But this woody rose makes it more grown up. It's a subtle scent. I can take this to work and it's fine. But after 3 hours I need to reapply. Scent is still there but it's more of a skin scent at that time. I like this perfume it's realistic, inoffensive and such a good price point. Oh and the bottle is lovely.
