I discovered Vetiver Guerlain in Paris when I was in college. I went to the Club Sept one evening and a Parisian man was wearing it at the next table, when he got up to pass me, I fell in love with this very sophisticated scent. I searched all over Paris until I found it at the Guerlain shop around the corner from the Place Vendome. I have been wearing it ever since. And it is the only fragrance I wear. Wonderful sophisticated scent and yet you can wear it to a beach party as well. I do hope the House of Guerlain never changes the formula or discontinues it.

I have been a user of this fragrance since it appeared on the NY Market. I haven't worn anything since. Perfect for work, perfect for the evening, and perfect 24 hours a day for 7 days. It just doesn't come any better, at least not for me.

Vetiver-was a gift to my father from my Guerlain/Shalimar scented mother..and here I am...perhaps a result! I have been around both of these scents my entire life and they are a part of me. I travel, so Vetiver is with me always and if forgotten when packing, my first purchase when I realize it is missing. Does that qualify as an addiction? then so-be-it! Women seem to adore and ask what??? are you 'wearing'...but men are curious too...that is a sign it is a success to me. I guess this a POSITIVE! review.
