I love this fragrance. It is subtle yet sexy. I selected 1 to 5 hours for scent life but it is noticeable longer. I have been complemented on its fragrance many hours after putting it on but it is NOT strong or overbearing. The fragrance is light and airy. For some, you may think this is only a summer fragrance but I wear it year round. I wear this fragrance daytime, for work, and evenings out. I love it that much. I do not like musky, woodsy smells or heavy overbearing smells because they all give me a headache. This fragrance is perfect for me.

This is a great green fruity floral scent. Smells like a garden, with apple trees and pear trees. The fruit is not sweet, but tart and fresh, blending beautifully with the florals and citrus notes. One of my favorites of the "Jardin" series by Hermes. Smells light but quite long lasting. I put on one morning and could still smell it as a skin scent the next day. Blends well with lotions.

I have enjoyed the "Un Jardin" series, i.e. "Nil" and "Mediterranee" for a long time. Un Jardin Sur Le Toit is for me the most elegant one. Distinctive, complex, but not overpowering, rather fresh, delightful, and I personally wear it all day long. Since I cannot smell it continuously, I opted for 1-5 hours. But others may be able to recognize for up to 10 hours. In less than 2 weeks of wearing it, I have heard delighted comments from young and older women, as from men.
