An exuberant mix of warm, spicy and deep notes, Ambre Sultan is an intense fragrance. Designed for both men and women, the fragrance is from the design house of Serge Lutens and was introduced in 2000. The fragrance opens with scents of Coriander, Bay Leaf, and Sandalwood. The scent continues to be intense with notes from Angelica, Resins, Myrrh, Oregano, Myrtle and Amber. Whiffs of Patchouli, and Vanilla captivate the senses for a soothing and lasting fragrance.

From the time I clicked the button from FragranceNet to purchase Ambre Sultan, it took 17 days to receive it in Australia from the USA. The amber base is potent and long lasting, but the floral notes in this perfume are just beautiful, I want to keep smelling my arm. This is a keeper and when it empties, I'll be back to buy it again.

SL's Ambre Sultan is a gorgeous, lush amber with herbaceous notes that give it unusual depth and texture. Deserves its reputation as a clssic.
