The very elegant Caf? Rose Eau de Parfum is a chypre floral fragrance for the woman who is sensual and alluring. Launched in 2012 from the design house of Tom Ford comes this very elegant fragrance that is a combination of May Rose, Black Pepper and Saffron at the top. The middle is a collection of intoxicating fragrances from Bulgarian Rose, Coffee and Turkish Rose, while towards the end the perfume dries down to intense notes from Amber, Sandalwood and Patchouli for a graceful appeal.

This is a surpringly lovely scent. I thought it might be intense like some other Ford scents I'm familiar with. It's not. It's soft, yet long lasting. There's a whiff of champagne to it, which I detected initially. I found it a bit much, but once it dried down and the rose came through, I was sold. This is a romantic, feminine scent that's better than I expected.
