This is not the coconut version of this perfume. This is a flanker, and smells mostly of sweet amber with myrrh and ylang-ylang. It is beautiful! I always get compliments on this one. But if you're looking for the coconut, you need the original Elle L'aime.

I bought this fragrance because I read about the wonderful tropical/coconut note. It smelled like poorly scented alcohol, to me. I had my daughter try it to be sure; she came to the same conclusion. I kept it because the bottle looks pretty with my collection. LL has beautiful fragrances; I just don’t care for this one.
