An interesting heavy bottle but nice. This is a strong perfume. I think mostly coming from the patchouli. It has very good performance. Projection is 3-4 feet the first 2 hours then a generous scent bubble as it approaches dry down for another 3 -4 hours. It becomes a skin scent about 7-8 hours in. It’s a very nice floral scent but on this one it’s important you like patchouli. While it’s not too heavy or earthy and a very smooth patchouli most people would like, it’s definitely there. Actually it’s a good starter patchouli in my opinion. If you’re just getting into this note or want to this is a good fragrance to start with as the entire blend of notes are balanced beautifully and smoothly. Nothing screechy here which is the mark of a good perfume and also smells quite expensive. However if you hate all things patchouli this one probably is not for you. I think this is best for the ages of 35 and up. Though suggested for women I think a man could pull this one off too. I would use this lightly in the day but great for evenings. I think it could be worn any season except perhaps not a very hot day. A very pretty, classy expensive smelling perfume with above average performance. I don’t know that I think it would be a completely safe blind buy as in a gift if you don’t know the person’s taste well. However if buying for yourself the note structure is very accurate. It’s certainly not a polarizing scent at all. Most would really enjoy it especially because of the wonderful performance. Another great perfume from this company. They don’t cut corners, you’ll receive a very high quality perfume!
