When I read reviews I want to know what the scent is like so I can get a better idea if we're going to like it. Got it for my sons. I'm wearing Azzaro Wanted by Night right now, so here goes. It's a gourmand mixed with a fresh scent. My first impression was that it's similar to caramel apple pie, yet it's more complex, but the cinnamon is what stood out to me. Now that we've had it a while, I think its scent is best described as hot cinnamon candy, Red Hots, mixed with the clean scent of a wood, like fresh rattan, which gives it sophistication. AI says other names for rattan is teak, wicker, and reed, in case this helps someone better imagine the scent. This cologne is sweet but not cloying. When you first spray it, it's strong and then mellows out a little in the drydown to an almost powder-like (idk if it's musk?) or more like a creamy, spicy cinnamon and woodsy scent. It evokes thoughts of being by the fireside or of the Holiday season with the cinnamon scented pine cones. All it takes is 1 to 2 sprays. One really is enough. It lasts all day, has good sillage and lift so it will constantly waft up to your face and people around you will smell it. This would be perfect for a night out or going on a date. I'm a woman, I love this scent, to me it's comforting. I think this would be a lady catcher. Hope that helps.

I have been wearing this for years and is THE ONLY FRAGRANCE of my many that I get men and women asking me what it is and where can they get it. Honestly, I am know at work by this scent and it lasts all day. I get nose blind and forget that I have ot on and people will stop me and ask what it is and literally take out a pen and paper and write it down. I'm single and it has worked better for me than my $500 dollar bottle of Cr*ed. You will NOT be disappointed I promise.
