It's a sheer bare beige color. Perfect with a lightly applied nude liner. Can add a sparkly topper with a tan, looks gorgeous. Formula has a slight (minty) tingle but not really a plumping effect. If you know how to modestly over line and sparkle, you can get the plumping effect from any gloss really. You have to click this gloss to get the product on to the brush (not a doe foot) and it takes quite a few clicks to get it going so don't get discouraged when it doesn't happen right away. Also it doesn't last long, so if u find a shade you like, stock up when on sale.
