This one is sweet, soft, and super feminine. It has that fruity-floral vibe with a creamy gardenia base that makes it feel smooth and pretty. It’s definitely more on the sweet side, but still wearable and not too heavy if you don’t overspray. It’s a really easy, crowd-pleasing scent that works well for everyday or going out.

This does not smell like the flower, Gardenia. It is not like say, Island Gardenia. It is not a super floral scent. It is much more sophisticated. I had the pleasure of smelling a spritz of it on me and I love it. It is long lasting and has several notes along with it. It is a muted floral and has something to it I can't i.d. but, almost a bit of oriental to it. It could be the hint of rose mixed in. It is definitely not overpowering but, not meek either. A good perfume for day as it is smooth and easy to wear. But, also there is some sensual scent to it that makes it perfect for night. Gucci Gardenia is perfect for someone like myself. I don't like the heavy or masculine smelling perfumes. Nor do I like the light flowery perfumes that stay for a minute. I like a nice, long lasting perfume that I can put on no matter what - day or night and smell good. I like something that makes me feel positive and has a floral to it but, not old fashioned. It also gives me summer vibes as in sitting in the gazebo and painting by my gardens and feeling in harmony with them. I am planning to buy the full bottle. One time spritz is not enough.
