I love this perfume. Someone noted it’s sunshine in a bottle and that it most definitely is. This would be great for Spring and Early Fall as well. Though many say this is a dupe of Wavechild, I’m not sure as I don’t have that fragrance. I do have Donna Born In Roma Coral Fantasy and have wear tested this one against it. They are very similar. Performance is about 2-3 feet for the first couple hours. The note of watermelon comes through very clearly and holds for about an hour. Peach comes through as well and stays a bit longer. Then enter the florals. Though it’s described as “white florals” in the note breakdown, I clearly smell orange blossom almond with just the suggestion of a new white rose. This is a very strong (bordering on beast-mode) fruity very sweet, floral. The vanilla anchors it without actually smelling the vanilla unless the sweetness suggests it to you. While this may be a dupe of DBIR Coral Fantasy, it’s only about 70% similar. They perform fairly equally but the watermelon note changes it up much more so. As well DBRI has a stronger floral presence but just slightly so. If you like DBIR Coral, you’ll like this one and for a fraction of the cost. I also pick up on ambergris but just slightly and it’s not anamalic at all. It brings a fresh oceanic scent but it’s very, very slight. If you’ve trouble with ambroxen you may have an issue here as I’m not sure which it is. Regardless it’s slight. This is definitely a feminine fragrance. I can’t imagine a gentleman wearing it. It’s great for any age, even a very young girl even though it’s a complex scent, it doesn’t take experience or age to wear it. In fact it would fit a very young woman particularly well. That is not to suggest it’s juvenile or cheap smelling however. Just very flirty fun comes to mind. Good for any daytime activity and would be a good scent for the office. While quiet sweet, it’s not cloyingly so. Actually on my sweet meter, it’s about a 5 out of 10. I would put this in the flowery gourmand category. The watermelon is very photorealistic making your mouth water. It just doesn’t last the length of wear. It disappears where the flowers come through. Definitely not a linear perfume. Definitely a mood boosting scent and rather addicting as well. Happiness in a bottle. I would recommend this to any woman and feel it’s a safe blind buy. Though I don’t think it’s a very close dupe of DBIR Coral Fantasy, it’s a beautiful fragrance on its own that most would enjoy. Yet another scent that smells much more expensive than it is due in large part to its masterful blending.
