Balmain Perfume

The French fashion designer Pierre Balmain was born in 1914 into a family that was completely into fashion and design. Pierre Balmain worked under big wigs of fashion industry of those times like Molyneux and Lucien Lelong. Noted for his design for stage and screen, Balmain was nominated for awards such as Tony and Drama Desk award. Since 1940, Balmain brand has been doing extremely well in the field of perfumes. His signature scent was Elysees that came out in 1945. The iconic Vent Vert is still a best seller. Balmain fragrances were created in collaboration with Antoine Maisondieu, Alexandra Jouet, Jean Jacques, Germaine Cellier, Michael Almairac, Jacques Flori and Calice Becker.
