Jovan Island Gardenia Perfume

Jovan Island Gardinia is lovely. Used it for years especially in the summer.

Jovan Island Gardenia is a very pleasant fragrance. I've never been disappointed with Jovan's scents, I buy a lot of their musks and their fragrances are very true to what you'd expect. I don't wanna buy Gardenia and be smelling other notes above it, I don't mind other notes for a pleasing balance but I expect to smell the main flower above all! This is definitely gardenia and that's probably why I like it so much. I bought a sample of White Gardenia Petals by Illuminum ( Kate Middletons fragrance on her wedding day) I compared them. Very close! I'll do another match later to compare again.

My mom used to buy this for me when I was young. Gardenias are one of her favorite fragrances. This was a sentimental purchase I guess. I wanted to remember.

Didn't like the fragrance due to it having that universal smell of jovan as if you smell one you smell them all. Jovan Gardeina
