I bought this fragrence years ago and has been a staple in my collection for years and women love the woody spicey notes and always compliment me big time on this fragrence I love it.

My husband has used Holston 1-12 for over 30 years as well and then it sort of disappeared. I also felt when I found it a few years ago that the scent had changed a little, but he didn't think so. I am told by 'an authority' that your chemistry changes, so the reaction and scent will also. I still love it and wouldn't want him to use any thing else.

I have been using the Halson 1-12 Cologne for men for almost 30 years now. But for the past few years, I may have notice the change in the cologne's scent or smell. I believe the smell now is no longer the same as when I started to use this kind of Halson in the year 1983. Anyway, could an old stock of Halson possibly have a change in smell or wlould it have an expiry date? Also, could our sense of smell vary as individuals grow older?
