I got this perfume for 2 of my daughters when they were 5 yr. old. They're almost 13, they still love it, and use it from time to time. They just don't tell that this is "Dora", 'cause you know, 13 years old... The smell is citrusy + flowery, on a bright sunshine side, it is perfect on both sides, it is not too sweet and not too lemony, it is just well balanced combination of both. There is no candy/or lollypop/ or sugary smell as many other of kids' perfumes have. My kids use "Dora" for school, party events both like dancing or bowling. It is very good for summer time (because of citrus hint) and for fall/winter as well. Hope your kids will like it too!
